CISCE (COUNCIL FOR THE INDIAN SCHOOL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATIONS) is one of the widely recognized boards of school education in India. The school focus of CISCE is to make commendable efforts to evolve the common standards of education in India by making it more meaningful, relevant and life oriented. Curriculum innovation and curriculum development has therefore been a major focus area of CISCE.
Therefore, Sri Aham Aathma Vidyalaya follows the continuous, comprehensive pattern of evaluation recommended by CISCE. This system encourages stress free skill-based assessment, achievements, sports, arts and online tests with feedback. It helps in enhancing the students’ performance by figuring out their difficulties, motivating them to learn in a friendly environment rather than in a fearful situation. Promotion is granted based on the whole year’s performance of a pupil. Hence, the regularity of the attendance and the class work are important.
Thus, the process of continuous learning becomes actual progressive learning.
Sri Aham Aathma Vidyalaya follows, CISCE system curriculum. While the CISCE system focuses on individual based learning which has a practical centric approach.
The CISCE combines theoretical and practical areas of learning. Hence, the process of evaluation is highly comprehensive. Our focus is on regular student-teacher interactive sessions and descriptive feedbacks to help the students improve their performance.
We believe that acknowledgement and encouragement are equally important for a child’s growth hence; the school recognizes the outperformers periodically. We also believe that acumen plays a pivotal role in performance as well makes every child unique. Every student learns, perform and remember in a different way. As every child is unique, we bring out learning methods which the kids cherish meeting their distinct interests. This makes the entire teaching-learning process an enjoyable, and not exhaustive experience.
